PARENT SERVICE AGREEMENT

A clear agreement for the 4-week intervention.

The service and educational outcomes

Maths Investigation Rooms provides finite, live online interventions for Edexcel GCSE Foundation: Paper 1 Non-Calculator and Paper 2 + Paper 3 Calculator. Each intervention provides 12 live hours across 4 weeks, with two sessions each week and two additional targeted exam-paper interventions during the programme. The service will be delivered with reasonable care and skill. Participation does not guarantee a particular grade, improvement or result.

How the agreement is accepted

Before payment, the parent, guardian or adult participant must actively tick an unticked required box confirming that they have read and agree to the current Parent Service Agreement and Privacy Notice.

Registration and payment

The complete intervention costs £299. Registration is completed through Tally for the next available group, with a daytime or afternoon preference. New groups form according to availability. Iulia then confirms the session arrangements and payment details privately before payment.

Online access and recordings

Private access information must not be shared. Sessions are recorded for participants to revisit the work. Final recording access, retention, participant-camera and safeguarding arrangements will be provided before joining.

Attendance, cancellation and changes

The room follows a concentrated sequence, so attendance matters. Final provisions for participant absence, cancellation, credits, timetable changes and sessions cancelled by Iulia will be stated before payment.

Conduct and materials

Participants must communicate respectfully and protect the learning environment. Access links, recordings and teaching materials are for the registered household’s personal educational use and must not be shared, published or used commercially.

Safeguarding

Iulia is Enhanced DBS checked. A parent or guardian remains responsible for the participant’s environment, equipment and appropriate supervision. Administrative communication about a participant under 18 is directed to the registered parent or guardian.
